Turkish Angora

An ancient breed from the Ankara region of Turkey, the Turkish Angora has a silky semi-long coat, often pure white. Elegant and light, it is also very lively, playful and curious about everything. Unlike the Persian, its coat has no undercoat and rarely tangles: weekly brushing is enough. White cats with blue eyes may be deaf.
