Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the sales made on the Pattes & Moustaches website, in accordance with Law No. 2000-83 on electronic exchanges and commerce.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars, all taxes included. Delivery fees are specified before the order is confirmed.

Article 3 — Orders

Orders are confirmed by e-mail. For cash on delivery, our team may contact you by phone for confirmation.

Article 4 — Payment

Cash on delivery, bank card or e-Dinar via a secure platform. No banking data is stored by the shop.

Article 5 — Withdrawal and returns

Customers have 10 working days to exercise their right of withdrawal (unopened products).

Article 6 — Sale of animals

Animals are handed over with a health record, a veterinary certificate and welcome-home advice. Reservations are confirmed after a visit and payment of a deposit.

Article 7 — Subscriptions

Subscriptions have no commitment and can be paused or cancelled at any time from the customer account.
