What are the delivery times?
24 to 48 h for Greater Tunis, 48 h for the North and the Sahel, 48 to 72 h for the Center and the South. You receive an e-mail at every step.
Is delivery free?
Yes, from 150 DT of purchases (200 DT for the Center & South). The code LIVRAISON also gives free shipping from 60 DT.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, national card) or by e-Dinar card on our secure payment page.
How does the kibble subscription work?
Choose an eligible product and a frequency (2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks), and enjoy 10% off every delivery. No commitment: pause or cancel whenever you like.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Every dinar spent earns 1 point, credited upon delivery. From 100 points, convert them into a discount at checkout (100 points = 5 DT).
Are the animals for sale vaccinated?
Yes: all our puppies and kittens are vaccinated according to their age, dewormed, examined by a veterinarian and handed over with their health record.
Can I visit an animal before adopting it?
Of course! Request a visit from the animal's page and we will call you back to schedule an appointment at the shop.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days for any unopened product. Contact us to arrange the return.
